DVLA Driving Medical Examinations:  LGV & PCV

Special standards, set down by the Driver & Vehicle Licensing Agency (DVLA), apply for vocational drivers (those driving Large Goods Vehicles (LGV) or Passenger Carrying Vehicles (PCV) - these are called Group 2 Driving Licenses.

The Examination form (D4) must be completed by a Medical Practitioner - a copy of the form can be downloaded HERE

Guidance notes are provided in the Explanatory Leaflet (INF4D) - which can be downloaded HERE

We are able to provide LGV and PCV Medical Examinations at the Beaufort Clinic.

The fee for these medicals is £60 including VAT. Payable at time of booking appointment.
